Refund Policy

I want you to feel confident and cared for when you shop with me. If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can make it right.
Refunds or replacements are handled on a case‑by‑case basis and may require photos of the issue. Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a return.
Because each item is handmade in small batches, I do not accept returns for:
• change of mind
• color variations due to screens
• custom or personalized items
Return Method: Returns are completed by mail.
Return Label: A downloadable, printable return label will be provided at no cost to you.
Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee.
Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
