Shipping Policy

Every order is packaged with care and shipped from my small studio in Michigan. Most items ship within 3–5 business days. Custom or made‑to‑order pieces may take a little longer, and those timelines will be noted in the product description.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information. Delivery times vary based on your location and the carrier. Please note that shipping delays caused by the carrier are outside my control, but I’ll always do my best to help if something goes missing.
Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos so I can make it right.
